I lead the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience (CODE PA), Pennsylvania’s digital services team. We’re designers, project managers, engineers, testers, product managers, researchers, and content professionals working together to make government services simpler and more accessible for the people we serve.

I’ve spent most of my career building digital teams in the public sector. Before joining state government, I founded the City of Philadelphia’s Digital Services and UX teams. That experience was one of the most fun and challenging chapters of my career. I learned a ton and got to work with some incredible people.

My background is in architecture and human-centered design (called industrial design in my program). The way those fields teach you to think about systems, structure, and how people move through spaces has stayed with me and continues to shape how I approach digital services.
